Fitness in Pacific Style with Ura Fitness

Let’s dance – Ura (Hula Fitness is a Cook Islands style dance fitness class by Mata Tairea. It provides a “total body workout” in just 60 minutes. Inspired by the dances of the Cook Islands, incorporating easy to perform dance movements set to the beats of the Pacific.
