Mālo ni, My name is Tafea Iasona. 🌺

My father is of Tokelau decent and my mother is Palangi from Murupara. I was born and bred here in Rotorua Aotearoa, New Zealand. I am a married mother, of three beautiful tamaiti.

It is my honor and privilege to be the Health Navigator for the Rotorua Pacific Islands Development Charitable Trust.

I will work with our families to provide a holistic approach to every family’s well-being in a culturally safe space.

I can offer advice or help you to navigate your health journey through hospitals, specialists, primary and community services to ensure Pacific people here in Rotorua, and their families maintain a greater understanding of health and wellness with preventable focus on health and early intervention.

I am here ready to Talanoa in our very own health room anytime during the week, Monday-Friday, between 10:00 am – 4.30 pm, 1334 Hinemoa Street, 3010 Rotorua.

Everything is 💯% confidential between me and my client, and you don’t have to be of Pasifika decent to come and talanoa with me.
